Hi everyone! I’ve just started MM17 and I’m super excited to be part of the course and the MM family. I got into “serious” property investing about a year ago after meeting a MasterMinder graduate who introduced me to this whole world of PIN and Simon Z. Since then I’ve read a plethora of books on the subject; attended loads of networking events which initially really stretched my comfort zone but I really enjoy now; and JVed in other people’s deals including working with a developer to refurb eight flats in Clacton-On-Sea which has been a great learning experience for me. Like a lot of people my strategy revolves around generating cashflow to replace my income so it's all about HMOs I’m looking to JV with people that are doing HMOs in areas that have fantastic cashflow, happy to do this anywhere in the UK. I work in the city of London. I live in SE London, and my “patch” covers Woolwich and Abbey Wood, both of which have decent yield and excellent potential as two Crossrail stations will be based there. I know the place like the back of my hand having lived over there for over 20 years. Outside of property (or despite my passion for property) I have quite a demanding job as an IT consultant for one of the Big 4.
