Hi, I'm Rick Gannon MM16. I have been investing in property part time since 1994 and I currently have an existing portfolio of HMO'S, Commercial including pubs, restaurants, flats, single lets and I am currently working on a flip and a new build project. I am married to Lorraine also MM16 and we have 2 beautiful Children, Ben who is 10 and Charlotte who is 5. I am very determined and extremeley motivated, I have investors that are actively seeking suitable HMO properties in the Worcester / Hereford area. My reason. Last week during the Easter break my Daughter Charlotte learned to ride her bike which was an amazing achievement, she took to it like a duck to water and I of course was the very proud dad, I turned to say to my Son Ben "wow did you see how quickly Charlotte learned how to do that isn't she brilliant" as I said this I could see that Ben was sad and he had a tear in his eye, he looked up at me and said "I'm never going to be able to do this am I daddy" I replied "Yes of course you will I am going to help you achieve this" You see, Ben unfortunately has Cerebral Palsy and is unable to walk he is wheelchair bound and totally dependant, it is my life's goal to help Ben with his legs so he can do all of the things we take for granted, he wants to play football desperately and I am detertmined to make this happen. So.. how do I do this? I realised I needed more time to spend with Ben, quality time to practice each and every day again and again with him in his walking frame so I gave up my full time Job as a Police Officer and joined MM16 which will hopefully give me the passive income from property that I need to devote my time to my best asset..my family and to Ben.
