I have been investing in property since 2001. Originally working in London I decided to drop everything in 2003 and move to Liverpool where I established a residential development company focussing on small residential developments, purchasing land and obtaining planning permission and selling on etc. In 2006-2007 my strategy changed and I focussed on holding everything I purchased and developed while at the same tome continuing to do flips. I have a diverse portfolio with a strong emphasis on HMO and LHA property where returns can be maximised. In 2007 I established a specialist property management company focussed on providing excellent customer service to both landlords and tenants throughout the region with a particular focus on HMO management. We sourced high yielding investments, particularly student HMOs, and offered an excellent value for money management service. This business was sold in 2013. Since the start of 2014 my focus is on London development opportunities while at the same time mentoring aspiring investors and helping them build their portfolios. I am always looking for JV partners to exploit excellent investment and development opportunities and am willing to pay wealthy individuals 1% per month (12%pa) on their money or a 50:50 spilt of profits on any refurbishment opportunities. I have access to funds to help finance development projects on a JV basis - I also have great connections with overseas investors.
