Bio Hi all, I am based in central London and Norfolk (Kings Lynn). I just moved back to the UK from Shanghai, China, to do property investing, full-time. I used to be an investment banker (mainly mergers and acquisitions), in London and Shanghai. I consider myself to be analytically and quantitatively orientated (and my wealth dynamic profile is trader). I am cash rich, time rich, and experience poor. Looking to intensively learn, and JV/partner to compensate for the experience deficiency. My MM24 partner is Yushin Liao, and I am an ex-Shanghai flatmate and friend of Mi Zhou (MM23). We are interested in Ex-London (mainly cash flow) and London (R2R, add-value) strategies. I re-located to the UK to do property investment, mainly for the following reasons: 1.) UK property (including London property) is cheaper than comparables in China 2.) Cash yields are much higher 3.) There are more opportunities for BMV deals 3.) Financing options are more abundant, including re-financing 4.) The UK is the best enligsh-speaking market (in my opinion), e.g. it's under-supplied vs. over-supplied elsewhere, but is much less popular with international investors (or at least Chinese investors), currently 5.) Therefore, there will be increasing opportunity to sell, fundraise, etc. from abroad in future Wen
