| Bio | Hi I'm James I live in Bath, I'm married and have a gorgeous but mad little 2 year old boy. I have a commercial property background and I'm a Member of the RICS I have more recently spent time working across the healthcare sector specialising in strategic development, retail and the alternatives market. I have been a property investor for the last 5 years, owning both residential units and mixed use retail shops with residential upper floors in the south west incorporating some HMOs I am now beginning to scale this venture with an aim to move away from day to day employment to acquiring more properties, developing and evolving my portfolio, recruiting and building a sustainable property business.
