After leaving my job as an estate agent (sales negotiator and then a lettings negotiator), in London, I came back to Birmingham and started a creative & marketing agency in 2003. Working in this area provided me with a lot of experience in a wide area from traditional marketing to more dynamic approaches using mobile technology and augmented reality, which involves layering virtual reality over reality itself. Fantastic potential for the property sector. Imagine pointing your phone at a property and then being able to see inside the property and have a virtual tour. That's what we were doing in 2014 and probably a little ahead of our time! Since then the marketing agency has grown and after helping set up 2 coffee concessions in children's soft play centres in the West Midlands, I set up a coffee house in Bridgnorth called Coffee Cortado. My passion for good coffee has grown (no pun intended!) and I'm a partner at a coffee roastery in Aston. I am currently a 'mentee' at HMO Daddy in the West Midlands and am at purchase lease options for multi let and possibly SA lets but am open to all strategies.
