After almost 30 years in the same industry, sick and tired of travelling the length and breadth of the UK in a national role and completely disillusioned with the culture being introduced by the new owners of the business I was working in it was a genuine delight when, at the end of September 2016, they paid me to leave. Without any real idea what I was going to do next, Ilona dragged me kicking and screaming along to Mastermind Accelerator and my new objective became clear. The rest is history in the making.
