| Bio | I joined Mastermind as I have always loved property, moved house 14 times and lived in different parts of the country including the far North of Scotland to the South of England. After University I followed my career as a P.E. teacher and achieved two Headteacher posts both in Hampshire. I retired VERY early and moved to Aviemore in Scotland and set up my own 5* Guest House and then I read PROPERTY MAGIC. The Guest House is now on the market and I am a member of MM 19. I am investing in Sunderland to begin with as this is where I was born and bred but have not lived there since 1976 but the ROI on HMO's is often as high as 30%. Once my house is sold I am moving to SE England where my daughter lives with her husband and new baby. I will continue to invest in Sunderland as well as around Croydon, Orpington and into Kent as my daughter lives in West Dulwich. Mastermind and SZ have already changed my life, I have a great coach, Carly Houston and she has high hopes of me, and MM19ers are amazing people. I have found lots of deals and my current task is to find funding for these which I will post on the Forum. |
